Why we built it
Most monitoring software treats stealth as a feature. We think that is exactly backwards — covert monitoring produces worse data and worse teams, and it is the configuration that turns a routine HR matter into a legal one. So we built the opposite, and we cannot configure it to hide.
How we are different
Every monitored employee sees the same record their manager sees — hours, activity, screenshots — and a log of who looked. The agent is visible while it runs. The monitoring notice each person accepts is generated from the features you actually switched on, so the promise and the product cannot drift apart.
